Ilona (EE-Lone-Ah) is lost. Brought to America from Russia as a child, her adopted parents died when she was four. After a series of foster homes, she finds herself in a RESIDENTIAL TREATMENT CENTER FOR YOUNG TEENS with an EVIL, VINDICTIVE Director who loves to inflict abuse on the already vulnerable population under her care.

When Ilona discovers she has unique powers, she frees herself from the bondage of the treatment center and lives independently on her own terms. She has all the power she needs to live how she wants.

Lost in a world that doesn't care about her, Ilona---secretly desperate to find a place and a people with whom she can finally be at peace---has no idea that her powers stem from carrying ANCIENT DRAGON DNA.

Set in the same world as the novel 'DRAGONKYN' (2017), this is the story of one young woman who must decide if there is anyone worth trusting in this world of chaos. But when she meets the FIRST man against whom her powers are useless, she must decide whether or not to trust him.

Soon it becomes apparent why: Mason is a werewolf. But when a fight turns into a sudden kiss that neither expects, Kieran's feelings for Mason turn to attraction in an instant.
