DEAD POETS: Rime of the Ancient Mariner

This Role Play travels the time between the publication of the original poem by Samuel Taylor Coleridge in the year 1798, and the release of the computer game by Bethesda Game Studios in 2006.

This Role Play with poetry is an extension of the quest for 'Unfortunate Shopkeeper' which was suggested by a STEAM site gamer named Mimmi Jo. He suggested the quest giver Norbert Lelles, a humble shopkeeper preyed upon by burglars. I liked Norbert because his shop is in an ideal location for strange cargoes from the far reaches of the Abecean Sea and the spate of burglaries makes it exceptionally good fodder for a dip into the lore books and some scary poetry for a H.P. Lovecraft style of horror story to emerge.
