She wasn't the only one with tears running down her face. Flushed, freckled cheeks and bloodshot eyes made her run up to her son and pulled him into a bear hug.
"I'm so sorry Izu-chan! I didn't mean to! I-I just didn't expect that kind of quirk, dear. No need to cry," she kept whispering words of comfort into his ear, flushed with freckles. Of course, Inko was still scared, but this was her son. The most important thing in her life. The only good thing in the deadly prison she called a marriage. The beautiful, radiant green gem in her bland grey world.
She didn't care that he had his father's quirk. Nightmares can come what may. She will never leave her son's side.

He doesn't know how to feel, especially when he learns that he's falling in love with the boy he'd previously bullied.
