The zombie apocalypse happened mid summer, and guess who didn't hear about it until it was too late. The ones who live there; the resident staff. And guess who they are stuck with, about fifty or so fifth a sixth graders. They have to balance the campers while keeping the camp running, relationships with each other when tensions are at their highest and everyone stressed to the max; all the while fending off the hordes of the undead.

I apologize for any mistakes that you may find within the words that I have written. This entire story was written during the late of night and after long hours of working. When Alex is placed in her group, she knew it was going to be hell. But she doesn't let that overrule her. She knows she must do everything in her will to keep the little ones alive. When the moment finally comes, teachers and students all split, leaving the schools a ghost town, and everyone for themselves or the dead. But will their chance increase? Or will their survival be a waste? Who will live? And who will die? Was it all just a waste of time?
