6 years after the battle of Sekigahara and the defeat of the Tokugawa Clan, Japan is in flames, once again thrust into the very conflict that was supposed to end with the Tokugawa victory. Demons roam the land, clans lock into conflict with eachother, and the people starve under famine and drought. Amidst all this however, lie both a ronin with a thirst for blood and a young girl with a dream.
