Ex-General Mikhail Morosov runs a vigilante syndicate in Russia after the Cold War. However, he meets a little girl in the snow and impulsively adopts her, forcing him to re-evaluate his friends and allies.

His left-hand Nikolai is acting strangely and he's not entirely sure anymore about his true feelings for his right-hand man Alexei.
