My name is Jamie and my childhood wasn't unique or special, it was like everyone else's. I went to my friends to play games, build dams at a stream that ran though my friends backyard. I was happy as a kid, I had no worriers in the world. I always imagined that I would grow up to be a doctor like my father or a banker like my mother, but no one could have ever expected what happened on my 7th birthday.
