After chaining the soul of his dead fiancée to her grave, Thomas, a grieving widower, is desperate to figure out the mystery of his fiancée's murder all while trying to find a way to save her soul. But time is running out when his town is hit by a series of disappearances. Thomas is almost certain there is a serial killer on the loose. In an attempt to unravel the truth, he finds himself  entangled in the darker, more magical side of the world. 

With a skeleton masked kidnapper, more people turning up dead and stories of supernatural beings popping up, Thomas's whole world turns upside down. All while the time frame to save Esmeralda's soul is closing. 

Will Thomas figure out what is going on in time before he loses Esmeralda forever?
