BROWN SKIN | BOOK 1
Many people don't know me, but I don't know who me is either. I can't tell you if I'm the loud or rude stereotypical black girl because Mom would say I need to speak up. I'm using my library voice with strangers. I can't tell you I'm the introvert because I like good company. I was born into a world that judges me before they get to know me. And try to attack the concept of happiness. I need it most in this filthy world we live in. I need you. Because you listened and didn't say a word. Just you being there was enough to make me believe you understood the troubles in my sentences and words spoken in a foreign language. I want myself back but I can't remember who I was. || Ebonee desires life to the fullest content as a brown skin but is constantly faced with life's realities that can never turn into her sudden dreams. As she is constantly faced with comparisons of her beauty, cruel judgment, and love she didn't expect it to turn out so unplanned in her premeditated life. || || Then there's Beau, who lives such a different world outside of the way Ebonee sees it as he tries to determine who is his out to kill him. Living two different worlds in hope to find a middle ground, somewhere, between light and dark, in the novel of BROWN SKIN. ||Complete

LOVE FOR A LIFETIME CAN BE READ AS A STANDALONE ITS 5 YEARS BEFORE THIS BOOK❤️❤️ My mom always said I was special. She told me I wasn't like all the other kids that used to bully the poor little blind black girl and I believed her....until she died and left me alone in this cold world. She left me like everyone else does but the only thing is it happened without her wanting to. That's why I could never hate her. That's why I can never give anyone the time of day that's why I stay alone. Studying, crying, passing all my classes, and living. That was until.... _________________________________________ He lifts my chin and I can tell he's staring into my lifeless eyes. "Stop doing that a Queen should always have her head held high and never let her crown fall, and if it slips your King will always be there to fix it," he whispers in the most gentlest way I have ever heard. "Do you really think I can be a Queen?" I ask "I know you are a born Queen and a Queen should always have a King to make sure your crown never falls," he said and I smile even tho I since a double meaning behind it which I choose to ignore. I dont prove read This sucks so don't hate me for this book I'm warning you Started: February 29, 2024 Finished:May 18,2025Complete

This isn't going to be a story. But just a safe place for all of us to share our problems 💘✨ As I begin posting you all will understand what this is going to be about 😌🐤 But I just wanted to say, anything that's been bothering you, drop it in my messages or in the comments (of any post) 💗😪 and I'll read them and make sure, I help you out as much as I can 🌷🌱 And then your problem will be created into a part of this series (Identities won't be revealed unless you want it to, ofcourse) 🐾🐥 I am just doing this because I know we all face tough times out there 🌊🐳 and I myself am no professional. But I always have loved talking. lol. So, why not put it to a good use and also I really don't give terrible solutions so, I figured this would be the best 💕 and also, guys I know a lot of us are afraid of being vulnerable but it is the most beautiful part of being human 🌈💨 A human has emotions, and they're intelligent enough to speak them ⏳👀 They're surrounded by people like their own and as dark as the world might be, humanity, love, empathy, compassion all of these positive things will never seize to exist 💜✨ So, as we go on adding stories to this series I hope it'll help you all out and it will heal us all in some way or the other 💘🕊 Thank you and right now, I won't be posting anything. So, if you have anything you'd like to share drop it in my inbox and I'll read it as soon as I'm free. - loads of love, xoxo - lifieee.
