[Hunger Games Fan Fiction] In the far future, the country of Panem has risen out of the ashes and remains of North America. Every year, the Capitol forces each of the 12 districts to provide one boy and one girl between the ages of 12 and 18 to be sent to the Capitol, trained and pampered, and then thrown into an arena to fight until one is left standing. It is known as the Hunger Games- the sick reality TV show for the entertainment of the Capitol citizens.

Callista is a 14-year-old living in District 9. When her name is drawn as the tribute for 9, she is shocked, but sent to the Capitol with one reminder of home- an amber, moon-shaped hair comb. Once she is in the arena, Callista is shocked and horrified by the sudden reality of what she has witnessed only on TV. What is going to happen to her?

Far into the future of humankind, there existed a country named Panem, which occupied what was once North America. It consisted of thirteen districts and one cruel, powerful Capitol that ruled them. But after the rebellion of Katniss Everdeen, Panem became a scattered country of chaos and, after several years of struggling and failing to found a new government, wore away into extinction. One hundred years later, Panem rose up out of the ashes and conquered all of Europe, establishing their own land there and naming themselves New Panem. To honor the ways of their original country, New Panem brought back the Hunger Games and started where they had left off—the 76th Hunger Games. About 50 years later, New Panem is thriving. In District 4, 12-year-old Sandi Coin (a descendant of President Coin) is living the good life—until her first reaping. When Sandi gets chosen to participate in the 130th Hunger Games, she knows her life is going to turn upside-down—and come to its end. And as she travels around the Capitol to participate in the events before the Games, Sandi finds herself in the midst of many odd characters—an over-enthusiastic mentor, a grumpy stylist, a murderous accompanying tribute, three kind friends, a cute boy, and a hostile group of killers—who are not who they seem to be. Meanwhile, Sandi faces problems of her own during and before the Games, and soon she is not sure who she really is. Will she be able to survive the horrifying Hunger Games, or will she let her troubles lead her to her doom? Entry for the #asawritcon

**Now featured on Wattpad's Official Hunger Games Fanfic Reading List!** (Not recommended for those who haven't read the books and plan to. This book may contain small spoilers) When people hear the words "limit" and "Hunger Games" in the same sentence, they think it's impossible. A limit as to how many Hunger Games take place? For a seemingly impossible idea, it's finally happened. Following the second rebellion against the Capitol, the Hunger Games continued to rein, until one president stepped in and declared that the Games be stopped. The 95th Hunger Games are the final Games. So, which kids are lucky enough to become tributes for such a historic event? Read to find out. A big thanks to @BekkaChaos for making the lovely trailer for me! :3 **Disclaimer: Any Hunger Games concepts I do not take ownership of. Characters and plot, however, are my creation.**
