This wonderful poem about the reality of living as a Transgender Female who does not have any access to transition and who is a follower of Christ. Having a Gender Identity Disorder is not fun, it's terrible. We desire to be "normal" for like everyone who has a medical birth defect, we wish for medical treatment. The Poem goes to evince the difficulty of transsexuals and that it's either death or transition which is the only option for their condition.
