Some ghosts never die.

For William Slate, there's always been his troubled older brother Charlie. When Charlie left home in the aftermath of a violent confrontation, scars and a childhood cut short was the legacy he left behind. Seven years later, William Slate is finally in control, and he won't give that up for anything.

Athena Slate is an open book. Self-reliant and brutally honest, she refuses to let anything get in her way. Not an increasingly distant twin brother, not a best friend she hasn't seen in months, and certainly not the things people start to say about her at school...

When their father announces that Charlie is returning home, Will and Athena must navigate minefields of memory and family.

The Bad Boy's Snowflake

32 parts Complete

Catherine Spire is close enough to an average teenage girl. She is the captain of the varsity soccer team, she gets all A's and is in all honors classes. Catherine is also very sarcastic and not easily intimidated. At least, she doesn't show it when she is, and she loves to be in the shadows when she isn't playing soccer. Catherine's entire life changes, though, when she bumps into Tommy Arden one morning at school. Tommy Arden is your typical bad boy. He skips class, rides a motorcycle, has girls falling at his feet, and has a gang of bad boy friends. He doesn't care for anyone but himself. Tommy is a sarcastic arrogant jerk who doesn't put up with shit from anyone. Except Catherine, that is. Only, no one knows why. With mess ups, heartfelt talks, and a new neighbor, Catherine's life turns upside down. Can she make it through all the drama in order for her life to go back to normal? Or will the egotistical jerk be in her life to stay? This contains strong language and deals with self-harm.
