Koeda Aisaka moved through her academy days unnoticed. She was just another face in the crowd. Albeit her slivery blue hair drew some attention but she kept her head down and focused on her work. 

When she is placed on a team that seems to be parts of her soul that are reunited at last everything changes. Koeda emerges from her shell and shows the whole of Konoha what they have been missing. 

The Genin team quickly advance and put all the other teams to shame- that is until the storm hits. 

After the storm everything is different. 

Including Koeda.

During a mission in the Land of Iron, Kakashi, Obito, Rin and Minato find themselves crossing paths with a girl no more than two years younger than the three children. Unexpectedly, the bizarre and cruel weather hasn't killed her yet. It is no surprise that this young girl named Setsuko arrives in The Village Hidden in the Leaves with Team Minato and surprises even the Third Hokage with her long black hair, dark blue eyes, a ghostly white-- almost transparent complexion and a kimono of the same color as snow. Of course, no one really believes that Setsuko could actually be what she could be suspected of being: A Yuki-musume. But in a world where mysteries are meant to be kept, how can anyone say that the ethereal races of the yōkai are non-existent?
