"You ... You humans," he laughs at the word. "what I like about you is the hope that always seems to flicker in your eyes. He fiercely grabs my chin to make me look at him. " Do you realize that by trying to tempt me into helping you," he smirks at this,"I will so enjoy killing you slowly." I watch his back as he slowly walks away. I keep forgetting that they're not human. I keep forgetting that they're Thaken. This race of beings they...they've taken us from our home,so many of us humans. I thought I could find something in him , compassion of some kind. What am I going to do. I need to find a way off this ship. I need to get out of here.

"As I was walking home, a Lamborghini pulls up to me unexpectedly. Twisters got out of the car like ants and walked up to me. "Why were you talking to Ava?" Jayden asks as he rubs his fingers through his sharp blade. I say nothing and shrugged. They look at me and their anger increased. "Answer me. Why were you talking to Ava?" He repeats. "Don't know. Don't care." I say carelessly. What was wrong with me? They could literally take me out in a heartbeat, and no one would ever know. Jayden balls up his fists and makes a punching gesture. I was already dumb enough to try to talk back to Twisters and was now dumb-founded to be cornered by them. "Stop!..." I finally muttered. They laughed and Jayden held me up by my shirt.
