Hernan Guerra (Superman) struggles with his new "no bloodshed" rule. Kirk (Batman) and Ramsey Langstrom prepare for the arrival of their first child. And a new hero rises up from the shadows of the city, only she has no problems delivering the harsh blow of justice to evil.
Can Superman reign in this newcomer's violent ways? And does the return of Bekka (Wonder Woman) bring with it more danger?
