Ayana was never a normal girl, when a virus was released into the world that caused people to freak and turn into monsters. She was the only one that could control the virus and cure people so she worked for the government but when she was introduced to the world of transformers she hid her self away from the world because of the Decepticons. Now years later she meets the Autobots, will she hide away again or join the war?

A/N: I kinda wanted to do a transformers prime x generator Rex but instead of Rex I put a female character that has the powers a Rex.

Let's see where the road of both Pacific Rim and Transformers Prime leads my brain shall we? Koda Shank is a pilot. Though the Jaeger program was discontinued, she remained piloting. With the threat of MECH and Kaijus still around, somebody has to fight them. Her Commander relives her to another base. Where she meets some pretty cool bots. Some think she can't do much, just wait till you see her rush into battle. She's not your ordinary pilot. Her Jaeger? Not even close to ordinary! Being in the wrong place at the wrong time seems to be the way for certain humans who run into the autobots while they are fighting the decepticons. For a seemingly lonely, and homeless girl, meeting the autobots is set to change her life forever. However, things are not as easy as the autobots first learn. Especially as they find her to bring her back to the base for safety, it becomes immediately apparent that she is different from humans. And she also poses a danger to the humans they have taken in for safety. However, they learn that she is the way she is because of evil, cruel men who kidnapped her as a toddler and forced her to endure cruel experiments to the point she is no longer considered a human. Especially as she has a side to her that requires her to hunt for a specific food source. And the autobots learn that she has no choice when the beast side of her fails to resist the scent of fresh meat. And unfortunately, it also shows that the girl has zero choice in the matter. Despite that, Jack Darby finds himself in a peculiar position with the girl. Even though he is terrified of her, the girl seems to be intrigued. He does not understand at first, until she eventually explains the possible reason. He finds himself uncertain by the development, but realizes that he might be able to help her. The autobots are now stuck fighting a war with the autobots, and learning of the horror of the girl's past. They search for the people responsible for the illegal experimentation that has caused the girl to lose her identity, and become something people would see as a monster. Worse still, the fate of her own life depends on these people. It becomes obvious when the human part of her slowly begins to disappear, losing control of herself and sense of self, until the autobots figure out how to help her and keeping her away from the monsters who destroyed her. Only not knowing if they could ever fix her without stripping the very human side of her forever.
