Lucas LeBlanc is a modern-day shapeshifter. After his father's death many years ago, Lucas has been trying to figure out how to disguise himself among humans. Including getting bullied by a cute human that goes by the name of Demetri Bane. Lucas has been living almost happily; until a human named Julio kidnaps Lucas to keep him from the people that want to kill him.

Julio is a human that already knows Lucas's secret. Demetri is recklessly in love with Lucas. Lucas just wants to kiss somebody.

Without much of a plan, every effort is bound to go down the drain. How will Lucas deal with not only these two boys but with a mysterious government that wants to do experiments on his DNA? And what exactly happened the day of his father's death?
