When the Stars Shine, I Sing Because I know You Are There
A story of a young dragon, who is yet to know her purpose, discovers that she is not like any other person and has powers unlike any other. She embarks on a journey of kidnapping, murder, love, and anger with aliens far outside of Earth's atmosphere. Her hand was palm-up in his, then, the dark leather of his glove and the moonlight's ivory flush making her fingers look impossibly pale. He placed the lucky coin there, closing her fist around it. "Just humour me." ---- Slow burn romance between Cullen and my femme Lavellan, Lyric. The story is mostly made up of moments between characters, skipping some of the action we are familiar with. Spans the events of Dragon Age: Inquisition, base game only. - 18+ only - Disclaimers: - Content/trigger warnings for minor character injury, blood/gore, and sexual content. - This is a a slow burn, but it is a romance nonetheless. *Not* smut; there are also character pieces for my Inquisitor and some others that are not related to the romance, but it's all part of Lyric's story. - There are time jumps, and some slight canon divergence/original elements, but nothing that impacts the integrity of the story in a major way. - I have only played Inquisition and all associated expansions, but not the earlier games. - This is my interpretation of the story- I take some liberties with minor variations and some situations of my own. - My lore is not perfect, but I'm trying!
