Clara Winters was top of her class, beautiful, and overall well liked. She always used her straights A's as an excuse for never partying and meeting boys. As her sophomore year at Emeritus College comes to an end, the excitement of summer is just beginning. With her spontaneous best friend throwing parties every weekend the summer seems promising, that is until Layton DiNovo enters the picture. Layton DiNovo is the attractive player that every girl wants, and every guy wants to be. Little did he know was tricked by an online seller into thinking he bought Clara's house, when he actually bought the hideous pink one next door. Layton finds himself determined to switch houses through a series of bets. If Clara wins she takes both houses, and Layton leaves. Vice versa. Will Clara win the pink house wager? Will Layton win the pink house wager? More Importantly do either of them really want the other gone?
