Mated to Hades

Haden was reborn. Reincarnated to be Hades' Successor.

Forgetting everything about his past life, and his past love, his ''ever love''. 'Ever loves' were rare. They symbolised eternity with their soulmates. Together from birth till one or the other separates because of death. And not long after also die from uncontrollable heartache.

Persephone latched onto the newborn god, claiming love at first sight. With Persephone conspiring and her sight set on all of Haden's new found treasure as well as his seat in the underworld. There's only one person who can stop her. Haden's real ''ever love''. But first she has to die, and Thanatos knows just what type of god she'd be.

Calinthja was mourning Haden, she was but an empty shell of the person she once was with Haden, but with Haden gone she might just die. Of heartache. As she slowly deteriorates, Thanatos to temporarily assuage his guilt speaks to the Fates to give her a second chance, and when she asks him why she's fortunate enough to get another chance all he answers with is: "That's what happens when you're mated to the Hades incarnation."
