Beneath the Mask

John Callin believe that he is an ugly nobody, too repulsive and too much of a loser to be friends with his neighbor Fionn Quinn, despite Fionn's countless attempts to get him out of his shell. However, as Senior year dawns on the two, their bond and friendship will be tested as Fionn gets roped into a relationship with the cheerleader Cheryl Trent. Jealous of the relationship, John will find himself faced with the biggest conflict in his life: Allow Fionn's and Cheryl's relationship to be sabotage for petty satisfaction, or to save it for the happiness of the boy he loves? And, through it all, maybe he might find the confidence needed to accept himself.
