Dr Peyton Roberts is anything but a bad ass pediatric surgeon. She has her secrets and reasons for being so guarded. She decides that she has had enough of being stuck in LA.

When her old medical school/residency room mates let her know that there is job opening just for her. She packs up and boos it back to NY.

But that job was more than she bargained for when she comes face to face with Dr Bucky Barnes the top neuro surgeon who has his share of secrets.

He and Peyton bump heads and get into heated arguements on the surgery floor. But when Bucky sees there is more behind those green eyes of her he can't help but fall for her.
