Seliph Belltower has never had much joy to spare, beyond the stresses of daily life. Being from a ruined noble family doesn't help. However, he has always had a perky little sister and the beauty of fire to comfort him. Now, he must discover it and himself as everything burns and crumbles away.

Elincia "Rinna" Belltower has just graduated from high school early, and believes she owns the world. Or, at least she acts like she does. Constantly getting into trouble, sticking her nose where it doesn't belong..all of it hiding a heart made of gold and a fractured mind. Now, she's as needed as ever as her big brother bites into more than he can chew, and she's given a gift that can help him and herself.

Cerci Aven has been a nomad all her life. Never really knowing her family, never having friends that lasted more than a year or two. Despite only being a teenager, she has earned her place as the famous Tsunami, a magician and performer known for pulling beautiful water tricks on stage that no man alive could explain. In reality, she couldn't know less about her own capabilities.

Liam Markova is a young gardener working in his grandmother's flower shop. Patient, and eternally compassionate, he seems like the perfect rock to hold on to. Because of the way he was raised, he has always loved plants, and behind his gram's back he has recently found a way to make them grow faster. And if need be, grow around someone's neck.
