Seliph Belltower has never had much joy to spare, beyond the stresses of daily life.  Being from a ruined noble family doesn't help. However, he has always had a perky little sister and the beauty of fire to comfort him. Now, he must discover it and himself as everything burns and crumbles away.

Liam Markova is a young gardener working in his grandmother's flower shop. Patient, and eternally compassionate, he seems like the perfect rock to hold on to. Because of the way he was raised, he has always loved plants, and behind his gram's back he has recently found a way to make them grow faster.
