Kristen Wallace has been admitted into Ross Harbor Medical Facility for the Criminally insane because she sees thing that aren't really there. Or so they say, bruises and cuts appear daily in her flash that everyone claims are self induced.

Dean and Sam Winchester have seen all types of paranormal activity to last them a life time but still they fight on, protecting the innocent and banishing every vengeful spirit and demon they find back to hell. When they hear of a young girl who talks to her self they think nothing of it until Sam wakes up from a nightmare and insist the girl isn't crazy, that something is after her.
