Kassandra lives in New York with her mother, when she suddenly passes away she goes to live in a big mansion in the middle of the woods with one of her mother's old friends, who is a kind but strange host. She will then discover a new magic world and will have to go on a long jorney to retrieve an ancient book, which the secrets about her past.
