After her fathers murder, Esmee moves across the world to live with her mother in Australia.

Three years after her fathers death Esmee decides to go back to San Diego for University and to figure out how her father was murdered. What she didn't realise is her old friends go to the same university, Esmee does all she can to avoid them but wasn't successful when she bumps into Kai Evergreen.
