Mature
I was sitting in the back of the truck like always after school but this time it was different I seen a pale-ish looking girl sitting in a tree at the end of maple street, she had a red beanie on with a brown with red plaid overlay that matched with her thrasher shirt, and she wore black and white vans with rips with holes in them.
"dude what are you looking at?" dash said looking for what I was watching
"that girl in the tree" I said well pointing at the girl in the tree
"ohh..her" dash said looking at her
"well who is she and what school does she go to" I said
"her name is jess, she doesn't really like to talk to go to school or do any of the school work, and she goes to the same school as us" dash said
"how come I've never seen her until now" I said
" well one you never pay attention and you are always partying or taking care of the hell angles, so yeah" axel said laughing
"yea yea I know" I said rolling my eyes annoyed
"I have to have her" I said in my mind

Nixon is the 3rd book in the Broken Series. (Ryan is the 1st, Brynn is the 2nd) Nixon leaves rehab early because he can't deal with being there anymore. His sister Kelis finds someone in need of a roommate so he moves in with the girl and gives her his middle name, Lucas. He quickly becomes addicted to the girl and once he gets one taste he's done for. He warns her about his past, about his name, but she ignores all the red flags, not realizing exactly how intertwined she is with the people from his past. He becomes enamored with her, feels like she was made for him while still battling the demons of his past and soon it all becomes too much for him to handle. He makes a heartbreaking decision, thinking it's what's best for both of them and everything changes.
