This is just a group of poems and excerpts of things that i feel and thoughts that i have from suffering with bipolar disorder and depression. I have always found writing to be the best coping skill for me. And i have been told i write very well. So i decided to share my writings and thoughts with you guys. And hopefully help relate to some people who also suffer with mental health issues! WARNING: If you do suffer from mental health matters this may be triggering for certain people. I wrote it to help other people who struggle with mental illness as well, I named the book perception of an angel, because I see the people who struggle the most, as angels. And through our perception of things and emotions, we will find our strength. Our reason to live.
