It's not really Felicity's fault that she constantly daydreams. It's not like she had a traumatic past that made her slip into constant daydreaming. Felicity just likes to picture herself with her idols, meeting them, befriending them, and flirting with them. It's harmless really and it makes good fanfiction for her writing blog.
But it's just that: daydreaming. At least it was until a certain boy made more of it.
