New kids.
I hate em.
I also hate Tia for making this guy think that we are friends, I never planned on making new friends. Especially with him of all people.
"Are you alright?"
He asks, concern filling his voice.
"I have to get to class."
I mutter, taking a deep breath as he steps back reluctantly.
It's like there's no such thing as personal space wherever he's from.
I open my locker to grab my books.
"Okay, well...I will walk you."
He offers politely.
I roll my eyes, finally turning to look at him.
His left hand is behind his back.
I narrow my eyes.
"Hello."
He waves a little, his cheeks a little red.
My eye twitches.
I hate how adorable this guy is.
Why does he have to be so shy and cute?
Why do I always feel like pinching his cheeks every time he opens his mouth?
He sounds like a little English man, talking formally.
Who is this guy and where the hell did he come from?
Why can't he be a jerk like every other guy around?
"You don't have to walk me to cla..."
I trail off as he hesitantly raises his hand and gently brushes aside a piece of my hair.
"Ah, that is better. You should refrain from trying to hide your eyes from people, they are very beautiful."
Being caught off guard is something I'm not used to experiencing.
I freeze as he leans in, his amazing smell going straight up my nose and to my brain.
On man, he smells like a grown man.
My eyes widen after hearing what he says next.
"Quinoa, vous êtes trés têtu. Mais je un peu comme vous, vous êtes très différent."
He whispers softly in my ear, his voice sending vibrations through my body.
Oh my God.
French.
No way. This guys is literally from the best place on Earth and I'm just now finding out?
I think I'll just go in the corner and quietly die now, thank you.

Aarna never thought two pink lines could shake her world.
She stood frozen, staring at the test in her trembling hands. Pregnant. A word she had longed to hear, yet feared the most.
Would he accept it? Or would he push her away again, just like before?
The door creaked open. Her heart pounded.
Sharad's sharp gaze met hers. "What are you hiding?"
Her breath hitched. She wasn't ready for this. Not yet.
