I opened my sixth grade locker only for it to be slammed closed, almost nipping my fingers. I turn to my right to see a familiar looking face with brown hair and Walmart glasses. Aaron. "Hey Maddie" I smiled as the thought crossed my mind. "Have you heard about the west" I questioned as the late bell rang signaling the wandering kids to their class rooms. "Talk to you later" I smiled as he walked to his advanced math class. "Hey, Maddie" Chloe, Karley, and Alison walked up to me as I was walking to our elective, Art. "Do you think that mrs. Laten will be mad we're late" Alison questioned as we walked down the now empty school hallways. "I don't think so I mean why would she" Chloe replied as we walked into the art room door. "Okay now that everyone's here it's free period" she clapped her hands and walked back to her desk. "Yes a full 81 minutes of playing on my phone" Alison screamed as the whole class burst into laughter. "Maddie can you come here real quick" Mrs. Laten beckoned me to her desk "Ya" I questioned. "Can you go get Aaron from Mrs. Smiths room please." "Kay" and with that I scurried out of my 5/6 period.All Rights Reserved

"You dropped this." I heard a husky voice say. I turned around to look at what I dropped and realized it was my schedule. I gasped. Damn, I would have been fucked if I'd lost it. He has brown hair that is spiked up in a messy way and shiny chocolate brown eyes that are hard not to stare at. His jawline was firm and he is extremely tall compared to my 5'3" height; he seems like he's 6'1". He looks in good shape -- the white shirt he was wearing showed off his broad muscular chest. He wore a leather-mans jacket from the school over the t-shirt, with black denim jeans, and converse. I swallowed. I snapped out of it and took the paper forcing myself to say "thanks." However, he walked away before I even finished. OK... he obviously isn't interested in the 'new girl' like all the other students are. I can't help but feel a bit disappointed. Out of all the guys that have hit on me in school today he is the only one that has caught my eye -- bad news is that he didn't even bother. "You know him? "Stop, stay b-back," I try to say confidently but I can't even breath right. Realizing he won't listen I start to turn around planning to make a break for it. "Don't run from me Blaze it won't go well," he growls reading my thoughts causing me to freeze in my spot. "Do not ever think you can get away from me."
