He has an eye for Bianca. Each interaction between them gets more and more heated. Their desires for one another are unbridled. He soon learns of her secret and for the first time in his life, he is unable to follow through with his job as a Constable. That reality hits him hard. He is in love with a Downer and he wants nothing more then to keep her safe.
