Some people have committed suicide because they had no one to talk to. Some people have been diagnosed with clinical depression, and they're too afraid to speak to anyone.

I got this idea to write this Inspirational book 'Rise Up Again' for people suffering from depression, the feeling of inadequacy and having Inferiority complex. It's basically for everyone because we all are facing challenges. It's to encourage everyone that when life give you lemons, you make a lemon juice out of it. When life gives you one reason to cry, you show life you have thousand reasons to smile.

This book deals with all aspects of mental health with real life excerpts on various topics.
