Moilie Yui is a 13 year old witch who wants witchs to be legal again. Moilie had a childhood friend named ,Rachel, who drowned in a river. Moilie is just one of 13 witchs left on the earth. Moilie pushes out a plan to make witches legal again. Along the way she finds her 'dead' childhood friend who went by the name Everlynn. With the journey ahead Moilie and Rachel feel in love.
