The Allure of the Man in Black

Upon moving to the crime ridden town of Roman Ridge, Massachusetts, Skylar Carrow is exposed to a slew of things during the first few months. From handsy jocks to uptight cliques--not to mention the murder rate that continues to tick up a body count every week. After finally forming friends after a lifetime of moving around from school to school, the only thing that could threaten her new happiness is being caught up in the malicious activities surrounding her new home. But when she meets a mysterious man in black that saves her from nearly becoming the next body found in an alley, their fates intertwine and she finds herself fully immersed in his life, if that's what it could be called.
