Some had always thought that depression is something that is like a disease, when in reality it is just feelings of severe despondency and dejection. Its like being rejected by your mate.

Some don't realize that depression can slowly eat at you and make you feel unwanted then suicidal kicks in.

People are hurting but they don't show it at all because they believe it is something they can get over by themselves.

This is my story of how depression effects everyday life until you finally ask for help to over come depression.
