In a world with not only quirks, there's also Hanahaki Disease. Todoroki has seen a few people with hanahaki disease before, but never really cared. until one day, in the middle of class Midoriya starts coughing up flower petals.
I do not own My Hero Academia/Boku No Hero Academia nor these characters, they belong to Kohei Horikoshi and you should read the maga/watch the anime before reading this since it's fucn awesome ^-^
