The title is a work in process, please bear with me. 
A new technological device called Mei Li Sha, or M.L.S was made. It's essentially a cellphone, all in a tiny microchip inserted in your brain. The government and M.L.S's creator creates a new machine that can hack into every M.L.S. to control the civilians. Some strong-willed people break free of M.L.S's control, and begin to start a revolution.
