"Will you show me love?" She questioned him, innocence dancing in her eyes.

"What do you mean? Aren't you getting married in the next couple of weeks?" he asked a 
little perplexed by her question. "Don't you, love him?"

"How would I know, I don't know what it feels like. I don't feel anything towards him. I'll be meeting him for the first time in my life on that day." she answered quite honestly. He was intrigued by her innocence, her subtle ways as the walked deeper into the forest to get to the nearby Nile tributary.

He scratched his chin as he stopped looking at her, "I can't promise to show you what love is, but i got a better offer..." She nodded for him to continue "let's be friends,"

"But you already said we were friends. Do you mean something else by this?" he loved how innocent she was.

"with benefits" he finished. She didn't seem to catch on quite yet.
