Leif was always so quiet that no one ever noticed him, but that was fine with him. It was absolutely fine. It didn't matter that he could sneak out at night without any consequence, or that he always had to walk alone to class, or that no one asked about his summer, or his abusive parents, or his injuries, or how he was blind. It was just fine. Just like it's always been.
