Scorpio ran away one too many times. Sagittarius has ADHD. Capricorn's a workaholic. Aquarius has insomnia. Pisces is a schizophrenic.
None of them are perfect. But when they all get sent to the psych ward called Astrolia Hospital, things just might get a little bit better.

There is a celebration done on a yearly basis where all the kings and queens of all four kingdoms gather around and have fun to keep the peace between the kingdoms.
