Odin had thrown the knee high beast from the boy with one armoured boot to the flank. The beast made a harsh, breathy shriek as it was thrown across the hall. Its flight through the air was blocked by a golden, wall. Blood splattered across the polished floor and wall haphazardly, firing from the animal's teeth and claws.
Loki gasped and arose rapidly from the sprawled position he had fallen in, rushing to the reptile's side as it shifted to a human form.
"Loki..."
"I've got you. I'm fine. Rest."
He stroked regal purple hair as his father stomped over to them.
"Do you think setting your beast on the others will do you any good, boy?!"
Loki glared at the older God in the face of his rage.
"I thought I would show them how easy it is for their assurance in their strength to be beaten by a force of nature."

Loki comes to earth seeking redemption by himself. Of his own free will. But what happens when the Avengers find him helping old people across the busy streets of New york. Everyone on the street runs in fear. The old lady he was helping pats him on the arm and thanks him. Much to the Avengers surprise. Now there's this huge fight going on. Civilians are running in every direction trying to get away from the fight. Some are getting caught in the middle so Loki tries his best to get them away. But the Avengers thinking he's trying to hold a hostage makes the situation even worse. Now Loki needs to get the civilian out of the way and defend himself. He cast a shield around himself and the people. Teleporting the people away he drops the shield . "Listen to me!" Loki groaned as the Avengers ignored his pleas. "What did you do?!" There was so much going on he didn't even see who asked the question. He just answered without thinking."Nothing! You people are the ones that attacked first. As I was helping someone! What if they had gotten hurt?!" The Avengers faltered for just a second before straightening their resolve. As the fight went on Loki was getting tired of their incompetence. "Stop!" Loki yelled heavily out of breath. All the Avengers were frozen by Loki's magic. Even the almighty Thor. "You so-called avengers just attacked me unprovoked, risked multiple lives, and won't even listen to what I have to say." He turned to Thor. "But this must seem normal to you my "dear brother" seeing how this is just like the old days." There was a few minutes of silence before anything happened. People started to flood the streets again.
