"Alyse, why do you always make that face?" Casey asked the girl with all sincerity, turning to look at the blonde-haired angel that stood next to him, keeping her composure as she stared out into the rain, in which had a sun peaking through the clouds and a feeling of irresistible dread that was draped on his shoulders. Yet, there was ease that flowed over him, too.

"What face?" Alyse questioned the rather plain looking male beside her, a warmhearted grin tugging at her lips. Her cheeks always remained at a rouge shade, and never went normal but tended to fluctuate from that and any shade darker than a pink hue. He shrugged and quickly turned away, his own cheeks igniting a light shade of peach. She giggled, peering at him through the corner of her eye. "Its nice to see you have some emotion flowing through you, Casey." She grinned toothily, shifting for a moment.

"I have emotion all the time! I don't appreciate you saying that I'm monotone and blank." Casey huffed and pouted, starring at the blue-eyed darling next to him. her horizon-blue eyes told him to run off with her and never come back. She felt the same with his eyes. Copper eyes that held burning embers of desire. They wanted each other so badly, but didn't say.
