18-year-old Amina Johnson grew up in the wealthy side of New York. She was homeschooled all her life, she didn't have very many friends, all she had was her grandma. She was naive in every which of way, which could be good and bad.

When her mom gets into a stable marriage, she want Amina back. The only problem is her mom stays in the hood part of New York. She goes to a school for the first time in her life and she doesn't like all the attention she's getting.

24-year-old Dave East was the hottest kingpin in the streets. He was making money moves, for real. With his right hand man Black, they were unstoppable.
