Every four scores and twenty, like clockwork, Loki Odinson sacrifices himself to the depths of Hel and is brought back to life by the Allfather.

However, after the newest cycle, Loki's soul no longer resides in his physical body after the sacrifice. And sooner rather than later, the Prophecy of Ragnarok will rain upon Asgard, all at the hands of one former seventeen-year old musician named Dakota Stönehilde, who has no recollection of how he died. . . or for what.
