The Originals are a group of unhappy rouges, loners, and former kittypets who are angry at the clans.

The four clans, AdderClan, EmberClan, MothClan, and TangleClan , live in the forest nearby but they haven't always been there. Loners, Rouges, and Kittypets used to safely wander around the territory but the clans soon drove them out. Most of them were angry, getting together and forming up the Originals. Those who didn't join them either became kittypets or live between the Twoleg place and the abandoned farm where the Originals live.
