Part one- A young boy returning home from a party, is tragically run over by a drunk driver. Everything would have been fine if it wasn't for a shiny stone catching his eye.

Part two- A streak of murders happen at the house where three boys were killed the previous year. The local police chief and his partner follow the case until they hit a dead end. Now they must chase ghosts to catch their killer. They can't fail, too many young lives are on the line.
