Black Sheep

This story is about a girl named Heaven, in her mid 20's attempting to find herself. All of her life the real her has been masked and tarnished by the negativity and lack of acceptance by the people whose around her the most.

Heaven does not have a relationship with either of her biological parents, just a real close bond with her stepdad.

Growing up was hard for Heaven, she went through the normal kid/teenage things but she went through everything by herself. Her mom was never the type she felt she could go to and talk to about things. Every attempt she has tried in the past has failed, if you don't feel how her mom feels then the conversation becomes lifeless. So she just grew to hold everything in.

The situation is a complicated with her dad. You can totally call him a pop tart. He popped up when it was convenient for him, was never there for Heaven (whose his first born child). Heaven's dad had plenty more kids after her but she somehow felt like the mistake child of both her mom and dad.

Neither parent attempted to get to know Heaven. Anything Heaven ever did was wrong in the eyes of her mom. Ever been punished for just breathing? Probably not ... it was just Heaven! Nothing in her life succeeds because now she has a habit of overthinking and lack of belief in herself. Heaven understands that she's her own worst enemy but she also cannot help that she's a product of her environment. Negativity with a mixture of a broken person raised her.
