Izuku was born with a quirk, mind reading. It was kinda useless though, it still had it's perks though. Izuku was still bullied but this time for having a weak and useless quirk, so he was still given the nickname Deku. Deku would use his quirk to try to avoid Kacchan by dealing Kacchan's mind and finding where Kacchan would be. Some were unavailable though. This is not mentioned in the fan fiction.
Anything like this, 'bla bla' and italicized is thoughts that Izuku is reading. Also warning for the gayness. Don't mention any of this if I know you irl please...

Hero of Grace - Dekiru

Inko Midoriya died due to undiagnosed cancer during the first year of training. All Might adopted Izuku since it would be the Bakugo's that would take him in.
