Sam has always had a sneaking suspicion that his brother found men attractive, just like he did his women. From the time when he was six and stumbled upon a skin mag rolled up in his suitcase labeld "The Cowboy Addition of Studs Gone Wild", to the time not so long ago Sam had cought his brother looking at a guys ass while in a bar trying to gain insight for a hunt they found. Not to mention ever since Castiel had walked into the picture Dean has not been such the "Casanova" as he used to be with the ladies.
Sam never thought Dean would admit his feelings for the same team, especially not like this.
